CIC officer responsible for ordering, stocking and issuing all the DND kit to Cadets in the Corps.
Star Level Instructor

2Lt. Robert NowosielskiOCdt. Nowosielski joined the CIC in 2019 as a red star level instructor with 2310 RCACC in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Prior to joining the cadet movement, he spent a cumulative 17 years as a scout then instructor and camp director.
